Following Your Inner Spark — Nature Is My Medicine

Following Your Inner Spark — Nature Is My Medicine

Like the steady flow of a river or the slow unfolding of a flower, following your inner spark is a living embodiment. It’s about small, courageous steps taken over time, trusting your body, your breath, and the rhythms of nature to guide you. Watch for the synchronities, tune into them.

Hello Nature Family,

There’s a quiet light within each of us — a spark that gently whispers our truth, our path, and our deepest dreams.

But how do we know when it’s our intuition speaking, and not our fears or doubts? How do we learn to trust that inner spark and take steps toward living our authentic life?

Here’s a reflection I’ve been living and practicing lately — and it’s at the heart of Nature Is My Medicine:

“There is a quiet light within me — a spark that whispers truth beyond words. It calls me forward, not with noise, but with a still, persistent knowing.”

Like the steady flow of a river or the slow unfolding of a flower, following your inner spark is a living embodiment. It’s about small, courageous steps taken over time, trusting your body, your breath, with the rhythms of nature to guide you.

When we learn to tune in — to differentiate intuition from fear — we begin to move with more ease, grace, and authenticity.

In this spirit, here’s a simple practice you can try today:

  • Pause outside: Feel your feet on the earth and your breath deepen.
  • Ask your body: What does my inner spark feel like right now?
  • Notice: Is it warm and steady, or questioned and ignored?
  • Invite: With each inhale, invite your intuition to grow stronger.
  • Take one small step: Listen, trust, and move forward, even if just a little.

Remember, nature is our mirror and medicine — just as a seed quietly pushes through soil before bursting into bloom, your inner knowing unfolds in its own time.

Thank you for being part of this journey. You are seen, you are held, and your spark is needed in this world.

With warmth and wildness,
Natasha Rondy 💚

Be intentional about where you are going

Hello friends, Sometimes life asks us to pause and to take a closer look at the stories we've been telling ourselves. Which beliefs about who you are, what you desire, or your place in the world, no longer feel true? Here is Guatemala, I'm navigating a new chapter, place, culture, language and it is reminding me how growth asks us to step into the unfamiliar. Like seeds in the soil, we all grow in our own time and in different environments. Some old beliefs may need space to shift, so that...

If I don’t push, will I still be held? As a practitioner, I was trained to push. Outcomes, progress, strength. As a human, I learned that pushing often comes from fear and systems, rather than creativity, alignment, truth. Slowing down didn’t mean giving up responsibility or not taking action. It meant listening more carefully. Breathing more deeply. Noticing what feels true. Showing up for myself in a way that feels aligned and authentic. When I act from a grounded place in my body, not from...

Dear friend, I wanted to share something close to my heart with you. I’ve created a gentle seven day guide called Your Body Is Home to support slow, embodied reconnection with your body and your nervous system. Each day offers just a few minutes of breath, subtle movement, and nature based reflection, designed for real life, sensitive nervous systems, and moments when you feel a little frazzled or disconnected. One reader described it as “a genuinely soothing and grounding experience, like a...
